I-LEAD INFUSION of LEARNING, EXCITEMENT, ARTICULATION, and DIFFERENTIATION
Partnering with Coach Burt to infuse and infect people with his High Value Activity System (HVAS) in a role of Chief Leadership Officer or Chief Culture Coach which includes up to 30 hours per week of time to direct and build a culture that produces specific outcomes and incorporates Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as measuring tools. The goal is for Coach Burt to lead and then for the organization to lead.Pricing and Reward Structure customized with each agreement.
